Stephanie Goodell is a senior strategic talent development professional whose passion is supporting employees with leadership and professional development . She is a dot connector, an optimist, and a keen facilitator of conversations and relationships. Philosophically and practically committed to experiential learning, collaboration and thought leadership, her work in global, corporate, higher education and non-profit settings has earned her a reputation for creativity, business acumen, and big-picture insights. 

Stephanie is a graduate of Western Carolina University and the University of Tennessee, where she received her Master's in Education. She lives in the greater Boston area and dreams of owning a dahlia farm in Vermont some day soon.
