Director of IT project management office

BMC Health System

Valerie LaFleur currently serves as the Director of the IT Project Management Office for Boston Medical Center Health System. Valerie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast-Cable from Pennsylvania State University, a Masters of Science in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University, as well as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), Six Sigma Green Belt, and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications.

​Her experience spans multiple industries including health care (hospitals and health insurance), state government, student lending, and IT services. 
In her free time, Valerie enjoys spending time with friends and family, giving back to her community as a member of the Haverhill Exchange Club, axe throwing, scrapbooking, and traveling.
