Tracy Paterson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong connection to advancing women in leadership roles. Tracy is currently the Manager of Human Resources at Unitil, a publicly traded utility company that operates out of Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire. Tracy’s most recent educational accomplishment is completing a diversity equity and inclusion certificate from Cornell University, and is beginning her masters at the University of Oklahoma this January.
