Tisha Giles-Radek Esq. has twenty-four years of career experience at the U.S. Department of Labor. As Senior Federal Investigator, Radek has led, conducted, and resolved civil and criminal investigations under ERISA law, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA and other related laws in furtherance of investigations to ensure compliance. Radek has conducted major case investigations of complexity while providing ERISA law guidance and currently serves as MHPAEA Subject Matter Expert for the Boston Region.
