Tisha Giles-Radek Esq. has twenty-three years of career experience at the U.S. Department of Labor. As Senior Federal Investigator, Radek has led, conducted and resolved civil and criminal investigations under ERISA law, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA and other related laws in furtherance of investigations to ensure compliance. Radek has conducted major case investigations of complexity while providing ERISA law guidance and currently serves as one of three MHPAEA NQTL Subject Matter Experts for the Boston Region.
