Strategy and Agile EnablementFidelity InvestmentsTina Souza is Vice President of Agile Enablement in the Asset Management Technology business unit at Fidelity Investments. In this role, she is responsible for planning, prioritization, supporting strategic initiatives, and supporting collaboration and efficiency between teams across business units for a global technology organization1900+ people strong. She is committed to creating a learning culture and strives for continuous improvement for herself and her teams. Tina’s multifaceted 25-year career encompasses technical sales, quality assurance, scrum master, product/platform ownership, and agile coaching.
Tina is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion both in and out of the workplace, demonstrating allyship as a member of multiple Employee Resource Groups and has served in various leadership roles for Fidelity’s regional Women’s Leadership Groups. Tina grew up in Canada and is fluent in French and English. She has a Bachelor of Science from St. Mary’s University in Halifax, NS, Canada and earned an MBA from Syracuse University. She currently lives in the suburbs south of Boston, MA with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching her kids play hockey and lacrosse and likes to travel. She currently serves on the board for Tri-County Saints Youth Hockey as Marketing Director. |
