Program Manager

CBES

Tara Brooks is a Program Manager at City Building Engineering Services (CBES) in Burlington, MA. She is responsible for managing multiple construction projects and coordinating between clients, contractors and vendors.  Her assertiveness in managing projects and recuing redundancies in work processes helps to provide timely project completion.

Prior to taking this role, Tara was the Decor Manager, and was vital in the successful completion of multiple Online Pickup locations up and down the East coast prioritizing multiple tasking to ensure projects were completed per their demanding timelines.

Before joining CBES, Tara worked in real estate and was one of the leading Fannie Mae agents in MA for over 7 years. She started her career as a Designer/ Drafter and Assistant Job Captain for architectural companies and developed her passion for the built environment from commercial to residential projects.

​At CBES Tara has also served as a representative on the Employee Resource Group, as an Officer on the Divercity Council and as a Training Ambassador representing the Program Management Department.  Tara has a B.S. in Architecture from Roger Williams University and is working to finalize her Masters in both Architecture and Education.
