Suzette Phillips Born in Barbados, West Indies, education started under a British education system. – this shaped my career by the teaching of strong morals, good sense and sound judgment in practical matters and giving her the courage to stand up for her beliefs. 

Diversified and accomplished result driven IT professional with years of experience; levering in depth technical and business knowledge with sharp analytical skills to identify problems and implement business solutions that enhance productivity. Experience in evaluating business risk associated with systems activities. I have proven success in developing and executing highly effective training initiatives to groups and individuals. Proficient at “shifting gears” between real-time business issues with reputation for diligence, follow-through and dedication to quality outcomes. Strong communicator exhibited by skill in working closely with the business to identify and resolve problems; ability to convey technical concept to non-technical audiences. 

 Dedicated, self-motivated and result oriented with the ability to plan, direct and coordinate activities of projects to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time.  Instrumental part in addressing customer and business needs through utilization of Project Management, Organizational Development, Technical Analysis, and Customer Service skills resulting in continued organization success.
