Program ManagerSAICMs. MacBain is an accomplished PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), and ITIL 4 Foundations certified practitioner, with over 20 years of experience managing system integration, agile software development, and legacy system modernization transitions and programs. As the director of SAIC’s commercial portfolio, she provides oversight for the delivery of high quality, cost-effective business solutions.
She has demonstrated the ability to motivate multi-functional teams, and implement continual improvement initiatives to improve performance and mitigate risk. Her proven success and consistently high stakeholder satisfaction is founded on her considered use of best practices-based collaborative and facilitation techniques with a strong emphasis on team building. Ms. MacBain successfully markets and closes complex technical sales ranging from $500K to $8M+ and has performed technical cutover to operations on contracts valuing up to $40M. From initial concept creation, through marketing, proposal development, orals presentation, and final contract negotiation, she has led project delivery teams through highly competitive victories with demanding customers and multiple stakeholders. |
