Suzana Ortiz, Total Rewards Manager is a versatile Human Resource professional with almost two decades of experience in the field and has been serving the HNE associates since July 2013. She has notable expertise in compensation analysis and structure, federal and state law compliance, employee benefits, payroll administration, training and professional development. Suzana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Bay Path University and a member of the Maroon Key Society. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management with concentration in Organizational Excellence and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma Methodology in Healthcare. Suzana is a member of the HRMA of Western MA as well as a member of the SHRM; she holds PHR designations from The Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She sits on the board of the HRMA Workforce Committee and the Health New England 401(k) Committee and supports the United Way Committee at Health New England. Suzana is a life-long area resident who currently resides in Monson, MA with her husband and two dogs. In her free time, you will find her going on road trips, and spending time with family and friends. |
