With over 23 years of experience, she has built two successful real estate companies from the ground up and is now coaching others to grow their businesses. Before opening her own company, she was the top-ranking agent in her area for nine years consecutively. In addition to her sales business, Stacie is Principal Broker in her brokerage, where she leads in the daily operations, coaches other successful agents, and has successfully grown the company by 37% in the last year.
Managing so many tasks while living a full life has taught her much about mastering work/life balance and that “one can learn far more from failure than from a quick achievement”. Having grown up in a family of entrepreneurs, Stacie recognizes the large undertaking that her parents endured with more than a dozen businesses! Since becoming a franchise owner, Stacie travels to actively seek out business knowledge from other entrepreneurs and develop her firm by incorporating their wisdom. Her tenacity and drive can be easily seen in her daily life and routine, as she is always eager to help others with their business. While Stacie wears many hats, she is always first to lend a helping hand to her community, and she considers it vital that she connects and supports others. |
