Rekha Sreedhara brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in the field of addiction. She is the Associate Director of JSI Research & Training Institute's offices in New Hampshire and Vermont, and provides technical assistance as a Senior Consultant.

​Rekha also has previous direct care experience as the Program Coordinator of a residential substance use disorder treatment program for women in Massachusetts. Rekha holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a concentration in pre-medical studies from the College of the Holy Cross and a graduate degree in public health from the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
