I am a business leader with over 25 years of experience in senior leadership positions. I thrive when team building, supporting organizational development, developing long term strategy and investment. I have extensive experience in vendor contract negotiations and execution, funding and grant administration, analytics, reporting and overall program and project management. I have successfully designed, launched and managed large scale organizational development, change management, process improvement and educational initiatives.

I focus on developing and maintaining relationships across organizations and boundaries, facilitating consensus among diverse parties, utilizing strong active listening, problem solving and decision making abilities. I am extremely grateful to be able to participate in this program and support and collaborate other women in a shared leadership journey. I love the outdoors and have been practicing yoga for almost 30 years.
