She embarked on her journey by graduating with honors from the University of Guelph, where she earned her Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Food Administration. Nina's dedication to advancing nutritional standards led her to achieve the respected School Nutrition Specialist designation, further solidifying her credentials in the field.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nina finds immense joy in her role as a parent to four children. Beyond her career and family life, she nurtures her personal interests, which include skiing, travel, and yoga. These pursuits provide balance to her busy schedule and reflect her adventurous spirit and dedication to holistic well-being.
