Quality Assurance Manager for Children & Family Services

Naomi Ingram is the Quality Assurance Manager for Children & Family Services at Ascentria Care Alliance, a large human services agency serving the New England community. Naomi has been overseeing the build out of quality and compliance structures for the Children & Family Service line at her agency, ensuring that programs are managed and administered in the most effective and meaningful way and have the greatest impact on people served. Naomi has been working with refugee and immigrant children and families for over 14 years and is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Massachusetts. Naomi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from University of Vermont and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Clark University.
