Molly Freeman currently serves as Sr. Director of People Operations at Global Partners in Waltham MA.  Molly was an All-American student athlete at Union College in Schenectady, NY, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Art. Molly then went on to earn a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. 

Molly started her career out of college with Target where she had several leadership roles including Executive Team Leader, Executive Human Resource Leader, Store Director, and Director of Operations for the Northeast.  After 13 years of growth with Target she followed her passion in HR and People Operations and joined Global Partners.  In her free time, she enjoys being active in sports, travel, and spending time with her family and friends.
