Senior Director, Program Operations

National Wildlife Federation

As the Senior Director of Program Operations at National Wildlife Federation (NWF), I serve a vital role in ensuring the alignment of programmatic initiatives to organizational priorities, connecting the granular details to the big picture, and ensuring stakeholders have the information and resources needed to make well-informed decisions. Over my 9 years at NWF, I have honed in my leadership style as one that is value-driven.

I mindfully seek the intersectionality of wellbeing, behavior, and structure in the workplace and place people, culture, and equity at the heart of everything I do. Born and raised in central Vermont, I now live in Morrisville with my husband, two boys, and golden retriever. I am passionate about family, community, the outdoors, and dogs!
