Content Partner Manager

Megan has been a leadership development facilitator in high schools
throughout New England. She has a proven record of engaging all
stakeholders in decision-making and ensuring that staff, students,
parents, and the community are equally valued. By implementing an
Internal Leadership Team, a Portrait of a Graduate facilitation team,
and a Diversity team at Murdock High School gave her staff
opportunities for growth and development. 

​Her ability to keenly listen before acting has served the Education Changemaker's team welland speaks to the strength of her facilitation. Her recent work with the Barr Foundation, bringing five large school districts together to reach a common goal of strengthening high school graduates, is a testament to this.

Megan recently completed the Boston College Lynch School of Education Leadership certificate, a compliment to her master's in leadership and administration and masters in urban education and research. Today, Megan is the Content Partner Manager at Education Changemakers, a global professional development company.
