Workforce Development Program ManagerUVM Health NetworkMegan Foster, MS, SHRM-SCP, is a Workforce Development Program Manager for the University of Vermont Health Network. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology, as well as a Master's Degree in Human Services with a focus on Health and Wellness.
She has been in the field of Human Resources since 2008 with experience in both the healthcare and education industries. Her current focus in Workforce Development allows her to combine her passions in education, healthcare, and Human Resources. She is able to work with her team to develop and implement programs that offer employees unique opportunities to advance their careers and change their lives. She lives in Central Vermont with her husband, son, two daughters, two dogs and cat. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, and cheering for her kids at the baseball fields in and the dance studio! |
