VP of MarketingBenchmark Senior LivingMarla Rappaport is a skilled marketing executive with 15+ years of experience driving her passion for strong branding and for delivering great products and marketing campaigns to the consumer. As a classically trained CPG marketer, she had the opportunity to spend time in a variety of roles building the businesses on billion-dollar global brands like Kleenex, Scott and Huggies and on smaller, but well-known brands like Play-Doh and Cross Pens. On these brands, she drove integrated marketing campaigns, strategic branding, global product innovation, managed the P&L and partnered with retailers to deliver strong business results. She also spent time at Hasbro building out her marketing toolbox by launching a new-to-the-world brand called Hanazuki. The brand launched in 10 languages and 18 countries and included a show, product and an app.
Today, Marla leads the marketing function as the Vice President of Marketing at Benchmark Senior Living. She is passionate about her team’s development, cross-functional collaboration, analytics and telling the company’s compelling story in integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. Marla enjoys spending time with her 2 children and partner. In her spare time, she loves going to different workout classes, cooking with her kids and being on the water – swimming, paddle boarding and boating. |
