Marissa Hussey is a Manager of Conversation Design at Interactions. She joined the start-up in 2007 and has held several roles from Client Manager to Project Manager, finally landing in CX Design. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

She started her career in Banking Operations, moving to Retail Banking before finding Interactions through a graduate school connection. She has run 41 half-marathons, working to run one in every state. In her free time, besides running, she enjoys staying active with her husband and two young children.
