Her consulting practice is called 3sixtyglobal.  It which refers to both her international background and the importance of global leadership in today’s economy. As a trainer, executive coach, and facilitator, her passion for leadership development includes the importance of leading ourselves, or self-leadership. Our personal and professional growth and development are quintessential before we can lead others.

She is a certified coach for the Leadership Agility model of vertical development. In addition, Marion is certified in the Management Research Group's suite of 360 degree feedback assessments and the Personal Direction Inventory. She recently created a new approach to managing career and personal transitions, called "What's Next?"  It is for this reason that she is a strong proponent of life-long learning.

Another area of expertise is cross cultural development. She trained with Fons Trompenaars in Amsterdam and  works for IOR Global Services.
Marion has worked as well for the Center for Creative Leadership and for such global companies as Roche in Switzerland and Germany and Veolia in the UK and France.
