Although generations of her family hail from Vermont, Lorraine was born in Massachusetts and moved here in 1987 to work for Green Mountain Power as their Human Resources Manager for nine years.  She worked for Franklin County Home Health as their Human Resources Director for three years, Howard Center for 14 years as their Director of HR and Operations and is now with Community Care Network in Rutland as their Chief HR and Operations Officer.  She is president of the Green Mountain Human Resources Association (a Chapter of SHRM), and on the Franklin County Home Health Board.  She has two adult daughters, one son-in-law and one grandson.  While she lives in Enosburgh Falls, she loves spending time at her camp on Lake Carmi.  She also loves traveling, skiing, reading and hiking.
