Rutland Mental Health Services

Loree Zeif LICSW currently serves as the Director of Emergency Services at a Rutland Mental Health, a Vermont Designated Agency located in south western Vermont.  Loree earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Providence College and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania.

Loree started her career as a forensic Social Worker, working in both the criminal and family court systems in Massachusetts.  Following about 20 years in the judicial arena she moved to the field of therapeutic boarding schools initially as a clinician and ultimately traveling nationwide doing clinical outreach. 

​After several years in private practice Loree has been enjoying leading a team of 12 clinicians who provide 24/7 mental health crisis coverage for Rutland County, VT. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, walking with friends, gardening at the small farm she lives on with her husband, dogs, cats and a variety of barn dwellers and reading fiction as much as she can.
