Physician Assistant - General

Elliot Hospital

Lizabeth O’Connor, PA-C, MPH, CPI, CPHQ obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Gerontology from the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA in 2002 and in 2004 earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, NY. In 2016, she earned an additional master's degree in Public Health from UMASS Amherst. She also obtained her CPHQ (Certified Professional in Health Care Quality) credentials in 2017. In 2021 she completed a year long certification program from Harvard Medical School in Clinical Research. Additionally, she is a certified principal investigator for clinical trials.

She served as the Chief Surgical PA for general, thoracic, vascular, trauma and acute care surgery from 2017 to 2020 before moving on to oversee surgical quality and clinical research in addition to her clinical role at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH.
