Liz is a Massachusetts licensed real estate agent. Liz specializes in residential real estate transactions and her ideal clientele is investors, builders, and land developers. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Liz worked in commercial lending for financial institutions throughout Massachusetts and Arizona and most recently held the position of VP Commercial Lending for Massachusetts' third largest bank.

As a banker she analyzed property cash flows and sell-out of development projects, and provided approvals for financing of the same. Some of the major transactions she worked on included data storage sites for IBM in NY’s Capital Region, apartment complexes built by the developers that designed/built the home of the New England Patriots' Gillette Stadium, along with multiple phase single family/condo subdivision projects throughout MA and AZ.

Liz has owned multiple properties herself, both for personal use and for investment purposes and has experience as a landlord as well. In 2020, she cashed in on her equity and liquidated her real estate investment portfolio, and enjoys using her knowledge of lending, property cash flow analysis, and real estate sales experience to help her clients do the same.

Liz is a single mother and enjoys spending her time with her 16 year old son, Diego. She is passionate about fitness and nutrition as well and spends a considerable amount of time at the gym and at her local farm (CSA).
