As the Vice President of Organizational Development, she drives organizational development strategy and aligns learning and development to company goals and culture strategies to promote satisfaction, retention, and performance. She also oversees all talent development, leadership development, and performance management. In addition, she has six+ years as a senior leadership team member helping to define the company’s overall vision, organization-wide priorities, and annual goals during high growth. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare environment. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration in HealthCare Management. She has nursing experience in various specialties within top healthcare systems around the country and has experience educating, consulting, and selling for global medical and research companies. |
