Senior Global Director, Technical Solutions CenterQuidelOrthoI am a strategic service leader with extensive management experience and a proven track record in building fully integrated organizations to support and sustain a culture of excellence across multiple disciplines and functional areas. I've led virtual teams globally with demonstrated ability to improve employee engagement resulting in positive business outcomes.
I began my career as a Medical Technologist working in multiple hospital clinical laboratories before moving to the medical device sector. I strive to lead through service leadership and motivate my team to meet people "where they are," which means to deeply understand a person’s values, emotions and needs in order to foster strong connections, collaboration and alignment. I currently serve as the Sr. Director of Global Remote Technical Support at QuidelOrtho. In this role, I am responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the Technical Solutions Center providing remote technical support to customers and field personnel. When I am not working, you can find me in the garden, hanging out with the chickens or playing with my two rescue dogs, Trixie and Flo. |
