Kristen Pedroli Pierce manages internal communication at the U.S. DOT/Volpe Center. In this role, she leads a team that works to inform, engage, and connect employees by implementing a variety of communication tactics.

The team aims to enable growth and organizational efficiency by improving employee experience and transforming the workplace into an inclusive and equitable environment. In her free time, Kristen enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with family and friends. Kristen lives outside of Boston with her husband, teenage boys, and two dogs.
