President, Active Systems

Galvion

Kristen Lomastro is the President of Galvion Active Systems, a privately held defense business focused on warfighter power and data management solutions. Prior to this position, Ms. Lomastro served as Vice President Programs at L3Harris Technologies responsible for all DoD and International Programs, Proposals, Logistics, Product Management and Engineering Project Management.

​Before moving to Programs, Kristen served as the L3Harris Sector Vice President Engineering responsible for leading the
Sector Engineering team providing strategic technical leadership and system solutions. Kristen’s experience encompasses a variety of markets including consumer electronics, semiconductor, oil and gas and defense. Throughout these business experiences, Kristen has also served as a mentor as well as executive sponsor for multiple employee resource groups.   

Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She also holds a PMP certification and two patents.
