Milestones Day School and Transition Program

Kim Rockers is the Chief Executive Officer of Milestones Day School and Transition Program, a therapeutic special education day school in Waltham, MA that serves students from elementary grades through age 22. She was previously an Associate Director of Research Projects at Emory University School of Medicine's Department of Human Genetics focusing on work with children and young adults with genetic, developmental and psychiatric conditions.

Kim volunteers as a Board Advisor to ARCK Boston (Art Resource Collaborative for Kids), an Admissions Ambassador to Dartmouth College, and as a Student-Alumni mentor for Harvard Graduate School of Education. She holds a Masters in Education (Ed.M.) from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Dartmouth College. She is delighted to serve as an advisor to the Women in Leadership program at UVM's Grossman School of Business to support other female business leaders to grow in their professional development and encourage their positive impact within their organizations and industries.
