Hi - I'm Kim! Currently an Engineering Manager and Release Train Engineer at Vermont Mutual Insurance where I'm about to celebrate 10 years. I've spent the majority of my career as a Business Analyst and holding multiple leadership roles while helping transform my company along their agile journey. I have many years of leadership training and enjoy working with teams to empower them for success. I enjoy spending time with my family, baking (just finished making 3,00 cookies for our annual holiday baking weekend) and traveling. I'm looking forward to getting to know others in the program!
