Mariana Oncology

Kerry McEachern, MS, MBA is the VP, Head of the Portfolio Management Office for Mariana Oncology, a Novartis Company. She has 24 years of biotech and pharma experience, starting as a molecular biologist in a Rare Disease Research team at Genzyme. After 7 years in the lab, she shifted to Program Management.

She has held roles of increasing responsibility in Program and Alliance Management, Program Leadership, and Operations at Sanofi-Genzyme, ImmunoGen, bluebird bio, and Dragonfly Therapeutics prior to her current role. She is also a certified Insights Discovery facilitator and strongly believes in the value of that work to increase team effectiveness and build strong cultures. Outside work, Kerry loves to spend time with her family, especially her two sons (14 and 11 years old). She's an active hiker, sports fan, and Broadway enthusiast!
