Hey All!
Katy Wood is my name and PEOPLE are my game ? I have been at the same company for eight years and in various roles in leadership, HR, sales, and customer care. My degree, recently acquired, is a BSBA in HR Management with a concentration on HR Management and a minor in Psychology! I look forward to growing, learning and developing with you all! Here are some fun facts about me:

- I believe business isn’t hard – find good people, make a plan, pay em a good wage, let em be innovative, fix what’s broken, make better what isn’t broken yet, rinse and repeat!

- I am a published and produced writer in various of mediums, including poetry, scholastic articles, short stories, and scripted media such as plays and commercials for my current org!

- I am left-handed! (You can say I use the WRONG hand, but it makes me think in my RIGHT mind!)
