Kathy is the Sr. Director of HR at Corium, LLC, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company that is leading the development and commercialization of central nervous system (CNS) healthcare therapies that provide clinicians with important treatment options for patients, their families, and their caregivers.

She has spent the past 20 years in the life sciences industry, and has expertise in Talent Acquisition and Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Effectiveness and Culture, Change Management, Coaching and Performance Management,  and Leadership and Management Development.  Kathy has been involved with and facilitated the HR processes for multiple mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
