Katharine brings over 15 years of experience in consulting and software leadership, including roles as CTO and VP. She began her career in lean manufacturing and business analysis, initially working on traditional waterfall software projects. However, after witnessing the burnout of teams and the struggle to meet project deadlines and budgets, she became an advocate for organizational agility. Her keen eye for improvement propelled her up the corporate ladder, where she realized her genuine enthusiasm was for cultivating stronger organizations — with leaders that build healthy teams and departments that deliver superior outcomes.
 
Today, Katharine is an independent consultant and coach, specializing in leadership development and education and is a licensed guide for Agile Leadership Journey. Her people-first approach empowers both team members and executives, helping businesses sustain growth by elevating the company’s collaborative wisdom. Katharine’s expertise spans various industries, including consumer retail, taxation, health insurance, professional certification, manufacturing, travel, and automotive.
