Supply Chain Senior Launch Manager

DePuy Synthes

Karen Anigbo is currently the senior launch manager for the digital and robotics platform at the DePuy-Synthes companies of Johnson & Johnson. She started her career with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. She then worked for two different medical devices manufacturers supporting the manufacture of diabetes test strips and blood collection devices.

She then returned to higher education at the University of Massachusetts and earned her Master of Education and taught high school math and science for two years. She returned to the corporate environment joining Johnson & Johnson. Over the next 15 years, she held positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, quality, operations, complaints & field actions, global program management and new product introduction. Additionally, she obtained a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.

​She believes her greatest contributions come from utilizing her emotional intelligence and understanding of individuals motivations with her ability to tackle complex engineering challenges.
