Senior V/P, GMP Operations

Judith is the Senior Vice President of GMP Operations at a contract development manufacturing organization (CDMO) with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial manufacturing. She has both a Master’s in Leadership Development (MLD) and her MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.

She began her career in the pharmaceutical industry performing QC testing and has expertise in building and leading transformational changes to quality systems. Throughout her career, she has had increasing leadership roles, where she discovered her passion for mentoring (peers, co-workers, and students). She promotes the importance of work/life synchronization and building a culture of empathy & kindness in the workplace.

​After enjoying the first 17 years of her career in the Philadelphia region; she relocated to the New England area where she has demonstrated a successful track record of building quality management systems to support phase-appropriate risk-based GMP manufacturing. In her current role, Judith is responsible for GMP Operations leading capital projects to support the corporate expansion strategy.
