Vice President, System & Process Development

Better Earth

Studied Environmental Policy at McGill University in Montreal, followed by a brief stint with the CO State Forest Service before enrolling in the MBA Program at Franklin Pierce University with a concentration on Renewable Energy. Joanna started working in residential solar in 2015 in MA as an intern.

Working with a small start up, she was able to work her way up, wearing practically any hat you could think of! Today, she is the VP of System and Process Development at Better Earth Solar. Her role ensures new initiatives within the company are rolled out with efficiency and organization in mind, while offering tech solutions to facilitate that new process. When she's not working, Joanna enjoys getting outside with her dog Rhea and perfecting her Margarita recipe.
