Senior Director of Learning and DevelopmentBrattleJennifer is the Senior Director of Learning & Development for The Brattle Group, an international economic consulting firm. She is responsible for all employee development for employees in each office with a personal focus on Executive Development. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in helping leaders bring out the best in themselves and others. Jennifer is a seasoned Facilitator, Instructional Designer, Executive Coach and Leadership Development expert.
During her career, Jennifer has created and implemented succession planning processes and high potential executive development programs. She has designed and facilitated courses in almost every area of leadership and management development including presentation skills, change management, team building, performance improvement, coaching, influencing skills and many more. Clients have recognized her unique ability to genuinely connect with her audiences and quickly get to the heart of the matter. Previously, Jennifer was the VP of Learning and Development at Hill Holliday, a marketing and consulting company. She has owned her own consulting business as well as partnered with firms such DDI, Core Axis Consulting and Keystone Partners. In these roles, she consulted as a facilitator and executive coach for a variety of different industries including: Biomedical, Retail, Financial Services, Engineering, and Marketing. During her career, Jennifer has also held Learning & Development positions at Talbots, an international retail company and Cellular One, a former telecommunication industry. A graduate of Lesley University with a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, Jennifer has several certifications including: Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach, Hogan Assessments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). She is also a Certified Advanced Facilitator for both Achieve Global and DDI International. |
