Spartina Consulting

Jen Silbert, co-founder of Spartina Consulting, is a master group facilitator, leadership coach, and keynote speaker who believes every person is worthy of learning, working and earning to their full potential. She has a knack for facilitating rich dialogue for participatory planning, a skill that has supported the highest rankings at the CIA; refugee camp survivors, USAID and USDA climatologists, and IMF and World Bank economists in post-civil war Liberia; 130+ educators, C-suite science and technology hiring managers and government leaders attending the 2016 White House TechHire Summit; and a statewide Rhode Island Department of Education strategic planning process that engaged over 11,000 educators, students, administrators, policy makers, and community leaders on complex issues such as social equity and inclusion.
