Learning and Development SpecialistTech EtchJenelle Markell is a the learning and development specialist for Tech Etch, Inc. with a 20 year background in education, curriculum and instruction. Her years of experience in the public sector give her a unique perspective in a corporate environment. Jenelle has taken her understanding of building curriculum with the learner in mind and created a Leadership and Coaching program for all levels of leadership in the organization.
Additionally she has been building an Executive Education Program to educate Tech Etch's future leaders, both with the intention of helping them understand how to lead the company, but also with a focus on growing as person. She relies on her strong understanding of people and interest in helping others to guide her work and build leaders that will do the same in turn. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her children, reading, yoga and singing in a band. |
