Janelle is currently a Managing Consultant within the Risk & Compliance pilar at CrossCountry Consulting. With a background in building, testing, and enhancing internal control environments to comply with regulations such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX 404) and FDICIA, Janelle possesses a comprehensive understanding of various business processes. Today, she utilizes her technical expertise and project management skills to support Risk Management initiatives within FinTech and BioTech industries. Janelle thrives in an ever-evolving regulatory environment and remains committed to honing her skillset to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. She is passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and is excited to embrace new challenges and advancements.
