Jacqueline Fearer is Head of Culture and Engagement Communications at Iron Mountain, a global information management company headquartered in Boston. An award-winning speechwriter with 20+ years of experience in executive, internal, client, and industry communications, Jackie began her career as a teacher and a newspaper editor, then went on to specialize in leadership communications and executive coaching at Fidelity Investments for 24 years.

Prior to joining Iron Mountain, she was an executive communications consultant, working with corporate clients in a number of industries, including financial services, life sciences, publishing, and technology. Jackie is a member of the Professional Speechwriters Association and has served on the Board of Directors for Veterans Legal Services and the International Association of Business Communicators - Boston.
