Director

Comfort Home Care

Holly Howes is a talented HR Executive with over 17 years of experience in leadership roles working alongside C-Suite teams in both Aerospace and Defense organizations, as well as Home Health Care agencies.

Holly’s proven leadership skills in the art of employee management, communications, and organizational change are backed by her double master’s degrees, as she is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a Masters degree in both Organizational Leadership, as well as Human Resource Management.

Holly is currently the Director of Human Resources at Comfort Home Care, a premiere home health visiting nursing company, as well as the Director of Human Resources for Valley Mental Health, a mental health care organization, both headquartered in Methuen, MA. Prior to joining Comfort Home Care and Valley Mental Health, Holly was the Director of Contracts for Kollsman, Inc., a N.H. based aerospace and defense company where she led the company’s successful multi-state contracts teams.

In her spare time, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, five children, and two doodle dogs, Buddylion and Bernie Doodle. Holly proudly serves on the Board of Directors for The Psychological Center based in Lawrence Massachusetts where she is devoted to staying busy by actively advocating for the people of the community in need, spending time with the guests of The Psychological Center, and collecting donations in support of the cause.
