Heather Gunnell is the Director of Employee Wellness & Well-being at Dartmouth Health. Before her current role, Heather was the Administrative Director of OBGYN at DHMC and has been with Dartmouth Health for nine years. Before pivoting to healthcare operations, Heather was the program director for the NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence. She holds a BS in Management and a Master's degree in Public Policy.

Heather is an experienced leader with expertise in healthcare operations,  organizational development, and robust social advocacy experience. She is passionate about advancing a holistic approach to business and improving organizational performance by enhancing the infrastructure supporting employee wellbeing. Developing strong relationships and driving results is the foundation of everything she does.
