Heather has dedicated herself to cultivating talent, beginning with her early
career. Working her way up from a Recruiter to Head of Human Resources & Talent Development in various roles, her passion for supporting employees and the Greater Boston Community has led her to where she is today.

​Part of this community engagement includes her involvement in the Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology (WEST) organization, where she lends herself to its mission of inspiring, supporting and championing women in the workplace in Boston. Her staunch belief in advocacy and allyship, particularly in DEIB, led to her being awarded the “Making a Difference in the Community” award by the WEST organization.
