Partner contract managerThe Chill FoundationHailey Dubuque is a dedicated professional currently employed by the global nonprofit, the Chill Foundation, established in 1995 by Jake and Donna Carpenter, the founders of Burton Snowboards. In her role of Partner Contracts Manager, Hailey collaborates with Chill's partners across North America to design impactful youth development programs, positively impacting over 3,000 young people annually. Hailey has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont and is a Vermont native.
Hailey's career working with youth began as an Autism Behavioral Interventionist. She then transitioned to overseeing youth development programs for Chill in Burlington, Vermont for two years before stepping into her current role. In her free time Hailey enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and anything else outdoors. |
