Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall School

Gwen Pojasek is the Chief Financial Officer at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School and has been with the school for 19 years.  In her tenure she has led the school through $19M in capital projects, including the acquisition of mission appropriate abutting properties. 

She has led the board through strategic financial planning work, served as a coach, and run independent studies for students interested in business.  She oversees the non-academic operations of the school including Running Brook Camps. 

Gwen is also currently serving as the President of the Massachusetts Association of Non-Profit Schools and Colleges and is a trustee for the Friends of the Waltham Family School. She has volunteered for several independent school trade associations during her career including serving as a member of the Association of Independent Schools of New England professional development committee and acting as an ambassador for the National Business Officers Association.  Gwen lives in Waltham with her husband, 2 kids, and cat.  She enjoys cooking, reading, and gardening.
