Grace Arsenault is director of engagement and chief of staff for Rapid7, a cybersecurity software company based in Boston, MA. Grace develops executive engagement, corporate planning, and internal communication strategies, creates CEO-driven content, and partners with internal and external boards.

​She is on the Board of Advisors for the Boston Ballet, Board of Trustees for the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, and is a board designee for the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership.
Grace started at Rapid7 in 2012, prior to graduating magna cum laude from Northeastern University. She splits her time between Boston and Portland, Maine.
