After a few years in the finance/operations world, Elizabeth embarked on a global venture overseas to Ireland for an exciting job perspective, where she delved into the realms of team building and leadership. This pivotal experience catalyzed her transition into the world of HR, a domain where she discovered her true calling. Driven by a quest for knowledge and professional growth, Elizabeth pursued an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University while juggling the demands of a full-time career. Her diverse professional trajectory spans across various industries with notable stints at renowned organizations such as Suffolk Construction, Staples, Wayfair, PTC, and presently, Cerence. Beyond the boardroom, Elizabeth is an avid sports enthusiast with a penchant for tennis, golf, and pickleball; even going so far as to become a coach for pickleball. Elizabeth's journey is not linear or traditional, but exemplifies resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to personal and professional excellence. With a blend of expertise in business operations, finance, leadership, and HR, she continues her effort to make impactful contributions in her field while inspiring others to pursue their passions. |
